I think I figured it out.. The length coming out of the column is longer on my 95 compared to my 08. On the 08 it is 1 7/8" and on my 95 it is 2 3/16".

In the pic, it looks like it's a SS or chrome cover, not the stock steering column

No it's just the factory steering column , they said they have a 2 piece adapter that should work.
