Re: Ancient cart slow
Hm. I can hear 3 definitive clicks. Kind of what I posted in that other thread. The first 2 do nothing. They click, but the cart doesn't move until the 3rd click, then she goes. I don't hear any other clicks, but it tries to go a touch faster when the pedal is floored.
I'm super new to this cart, so not sure how to test the solenoids or MS's.... |

Re: Ancient cart slow
Sounds like you've got some bad switches and/or solenoids.
With the cart off and in neutral, raise the seat and put your head near the microswitch box. While pushing down on the GO pedal with your hand, listen for 5 faint clicks. They will be much fainter than the solenoid clicks. |

Re: Ancient cart slow
So, it clicks 4 times total.
1, 2, 3, then a bit of a dead spot until 4th click is almost floored. |

Re: Ancient cart slow
You've got a bad MS. You can unbolt that box to get inside and find that bad switch. Once you're in there you can test to see if they click by hand. I would also test them with a DVM.
