Connect your laptop and see if you have any error on the monitor page.

The controller either isn't powered up or more likely you don't have the correct drivers install on your laptop.

I've used this laptop lots on these controllers but sometimes it's just finicky. It's an old laptop with windows Vista on it and Vista doesn't play well with others.

Does the solenoid engage with key switch if the FNR is in neutral?

If not, measure the voltage on pin #6 of the Alltrax controller, if with the 2-pin MCOR connector unplugged, You get +48v on pin #6 when the FNR is in forward or reverse, the IQ harness adapter board transistor may be bad.

The Alltrax software is also old, 2008. I'd say your dead in the water until you can communicate with your controller. If I remember correctly some of the setting come zeroed out from the factory.

The solenoid engages when the key is turned on even with the cart in neutral.
