they look like the sealed molex on the excell harness not the triangle type it came with the iq harness. I didn't look to see what it was under there. I'll look tomorrow. I posted the serial number up top. couldn't find much on this 2012 cart.

Would a 2012 Excel cart have an MCOR3 with those Delphi weatherpack looking connectors?

If it's a late 2012 maybe, I wasn't sure what year his car was when I was posting about the TPS. If it's got an MCOR3 that's not good either. Those things are junk and it's a miracle it's lasted this long. Scooterman, that leaves two options. Cut and solder the connectors like you mentioned and ride the MCOR3 til it breaks, or buy an MCOR4 conversion kit, AM293001 and it will come with the proper adapters and an MCOR4. You won't have to cut anything if you do it that way.

The pedal group is the offset type. The connectors are two, it rides as smooth as can be right now, from what I can tell the cart was built, second week of May, 2012.

I hate cutting wires but I can solder them if necessary.
If necessary I can pull it off tomorrow after work and see what it is, to me without seeing a TPS it looks like a MCOR from the other I saw. I'm in no hurry if I have to order parts, If so I'm going to also order the light kit upgrade to the signals and break lights etc. also wire in the voltage converter from ScottyB. So I have time, my plan is to make it like my 2008.5 with the 500 amp Curtis setup, but for the street. If this is indeed a MCOR 3, I'll just get the 4 conversion.

That's either an MCOR3 or an MCOR4... Hard to tell without reading the sticker on the actual unit itself. If it's the original from 2012, it's an MCOR3.

I assume it is all original, what does it indicate on the sticker, I'll look at it tomorrow after work? It is very smooth so maybe I got lucky?

MCOR 4, so I'll splice the connectors and be done with this part of the conversion.
