Re: want to remove my F/R switch -how and...
I'll answer the questions pertaiing to the dash, as I have experience with it. I've never removed an FR switch.
Anyway, first put the cart in Tow mode (if applicable). Then remove the main positive and negative connections on the pack. Next remove the two screws on either side of the dash cover near the top. They are on the sides facing inwards. Then gently pry the top two corners up where you just removed the screws. It'll pop out, then you can get to the key switch and OBC light. |

What type of cart/switch do you have? On mine, it's two screws removed from either side of the switch, then the switch falls out. Snap a pic of the wiring for putting back together, remove the wires from the switch and you are done.

For the F/R
Take a small screwdriver and pop out the toggle switch. Then remove the wires on the switch and take that out. Next, unscrew the screws from the inside of the battery area, and remove the housing For the Key Switch Remove the dash panel. There is a round ring around the outside of the switch. Pop out the tabs holding that in from the back side of the panel. After you remove the ring, unscrew the switch from the back side of the panel and remove For the battery light Remove the dash panel. Push in all four tabs on the back side of the light and push out |
