The cables from the charge receptacle go on second. The wires to the voltage reducer third. Wires for voltmeters and other stuff go on last. Check the stacking order on the solenoid and controller terminals also. High current cables go on first, resistor leads and/or control wires go on last. |

Re: help with digital voltmeter install

Re: help with digital voltmeter install
Almost looks like some type of buss bars could be called for in these situations, where one additional ring terminal on the battery post could supply a bar that many small wires connected to .

Re: help with digital voltmeter install
Better yet. We offer a brass model with our fuse kit on the website (see DC > DC reducers) This takes care of both (+) and (-) side of the problem.

Re: help with digital voltmeter install
Will send it out today. It's a sweet little fuse box. The little red LEDs light up next to any fuse that has blown. You can see this thru the splash cover so now checking a fuse is a easy as taking a glance

A resting voltage of 37.5V, means your battery pack only has about an 80% charge. In other words, your pack is only storing 186AH of energy instead of the 232AH it is rated at. What make/model charger do you have? What is the highest voltage it reaches during a charge cycle? --------------- Could be charger issues. Could be battery issues. Could be issues with the cables and wires and connections in the charging loop. |

pics of charger and current pack voltage with charger hooked up are attached. took cart out for 15 minute ride earlier and now it's on charger. current reading for pack while hooked to charger is 43.6. i am unsure if this is the highest reading but will keep an eye on it and report back of the number increases. many thanks johnnieB.
