2013 electric club car wont do anything... but lights come on
Where can i find a wiring diagram for a 2013 club car presadent?

2013 electric club car wont do anything... but lights come on
I have a friends 2013 electric club car and i charged the bateries up with personal charger but it wont do anything at all except the lights do come on. No sounds or anything. Hook golfcart charger to it still nothing no ampers reading, nothing. Has burn mark on siliniod resistor assembly. See attachment. Could that cause all my troubles. Thanks for any hgolfcart elp in advance. Im lost.
