You can do some simple tests to verify the wiring and components are working properly.

Turn the key OFF and put the FNR in forward.

Measure the voltage from pack negative to pack positive battery posts.

Measure the voltage from pack negative to big solenoid post connected to FNR.

These two test voltages should be the same if the cabling is right and batteries 1, 2 and 3 are properly oriented and working.

Sounds like you have forward wire going to reverse and reverse going to forward. We are just guessing without photos. Sorry we can't be of more help. All we can go by is the words you tell us.

Here is my wiring 3 12v and 1 12v for acc

Was the motor out at any time? If so, swap A1- and A2.

I did walk.in the garage the other day and heard a buzzing coming from.forward \reverse switch so I unhooked battery's

The idea was to take 2 voltage readings from the points indicated and compare the measurements.

If everything is wired correctly, the voltage readings would be the same.

Now that You have uploaded pictures, it appears the battery and FNR wiring is correct, but the cables look in very poor condition.

Those are also not golf cart batteries, so they will not deliver high current for any extended period.

Quick question, is the FNR lever pointing to the correct direction the cart is moving?
