I guess that because 100% of the gas tanks didn't explode on GM cars that means that it was a good design.

Within the context of my quote was the phrase "mitigating factors".

I never heard of GM tanks spontaneously exploding in ones garage or driveway, so there again there are mitigating factors or circumstances that lead to the failure.

Unfortunately the Club Car law suite is not about improving the system, simply who should pay for the failed batteries.

Mine goes to 65v and I contacted Trojan about it, They are good with it
