If You connect a jumper wire from + 48 batt to small lug on solenoid &
another jumper wire from -48 batt to the other small lug,
Got ""No click"
Solenoid bad

Yes. Specifically, V-Glide body has a microswitch effectively wired in series with forward/reverse, key switch and perhaps others, all of which must make before the solenoid engages.

It clicks when jumped like you said. Supposedly it was running when stored.

Black meter lead to -neg batt
On the F/R Sw, the micro Sw closest to the front of the cart
Red meter lead to green wire that's plugged into the micro Sw
"Key on" + "Go pedal pressed down" should read +48 volts

Lift the pedal, volts goes away, push pedal 48 volts

If + 48 there & goes on & off as you press/release "go"
The Key & the micro Sw inside the Vglide are good

If +48 to there
Put red meter lead on the small stud on the solenoid that has the red & wht/blk wire.
Key on....go pedal pressed...&.. F-R Sw in Fwd, you should get
+48 volts there,
Solenoid should click

If +48 there , & it does not energize the solenoid
Check the yellow wire that's on the other small stud on the relay
That should be -48 from the OBC
Run a jumper from -48 Batt, to that terminal/small stud.
...Key on...go pedal pressed...&..FR Sw in Fwd, relay should click (energize)

Key on and black meter to the negative terminal on first batter, red wire on closest switch, I have 0.4 when pedal is all the way down I have 1.2v. What the heck? Key off its 0.4 all the time, pedal down or not. On the micro switch in the vglide I noticed that there is a small metal are that appears to push in a button? How does that button get pressed? It doesnt appeat that it has any movement.

F/R in Fwd?
Use the - neg on the battery that goes thru /to the OBC. That's batt - neg, -48v

Check key switch,
+ 48 goes to the key Sw first
(This is a small
Green wire that comes from the big post on the solenoid , where +48 batt is connected,
To bring +48 to the key Sw)
Key Sw , when on, sends +48 to Vglide micro Sw

New Vglide, right?
