Default very slow reverse after upgrades

I just upgraded motor, controller, wiring, solenoid and F&R switch and trojan T875 batteries. After install im cruising when the cart is in forward but in reverse it barely crawls. I have theAlltrax SR48500 controller which was default set at 1/2 speed reverse and turned it to 100%reverse with no luck. Any suggestions? 2001 club car DS 6 passenger

That Alltrax 1/2 speed setting only applies if You are using the 1/2 speed - 1/4" quick connect terminal on the controller.

The standard way your cart was wired is to provide approximately 50% throttle when the FNR is on reverse.

You can look at your Alltrax curve graphs for the 50% mark on the horizontal axes and see what the corresponding Speed and Torque will be on the Vertical axis of the graphs.

I would recommend re-wiring the 1/2 micro-switch circuit in order to use the Alltrax built-in functionality as it allows you to use the entire curve.

Disconnect all 3-wires form the 1/2 speed micro-switch (furthest away from the FNR body).

Connect the Green and White wires together, that will give you full throttle range Forward and Reverse.

If You want to reduce the Reverse speed, run a wire from the Controller REV terminal to the now unused micro-switch and from the micro-switch to +48v (You can get +48v from the White/Black wire it on micro-switch #1 - Closest to the FNR body).
