No Ignitor???
So I tore into the golf cart today to change out the coil and ignitor.
I got the coil swapped then moved onto the ignitor, but it isnt there. I should be happy, but that was a bitch to get to and find out it wasnt there. |

Re: No Ignitor???
I have put a newer style coil on an older cart before. Maybe a PO did the same on yours??

Re: No Ignitor???
Where were you looking for the igniter? You mentioned it was a bear to get to. My ignitor was on the front of the engine under the rev limiter.

I pulled the rev limiter out then the bracket that holds that and nothing. I'm not the smallest of men so that is probably 90% of the problem. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: No Ignitor???
If everything was left factory that is where it should be - assuming that year of cart uses an ignitor.
Is there a p/n visible on the coil that was on the cart? |
