I'll make some up and paint them black, if other colors are wanted, buyer can paint over the black.

Just a note, this WILL show the bottom half of two hinges with two screws, so if clean unmolested aluminum is your thing, these might not work for you.

You can see in this screenshot from the video the two hinges on the bottom that show.

How are the hinges attached to the PVC/Plastic door? you can't see them in the video so I assume they are painted black on the inside, but that stuff isn't usually very thick if it's what I think it is...so are they glued on the inside or some sort of very short screws?

The hinge attachment to the board was my brother's brilliant engineering.
A straight (read "cheap") hinge would not work. It would need to be an offset hinge at the correct offset. Instead of trying to find that, we cut a slot in the edge of the board (bottom of the door) and slid the straight hinge into it.
Not only does this work better in my opinion, there is also no screws or bolts to go through the door. After we had the hinges in the proper place, we put a bead of gorilla glue into the slot and jammed the hinge in.
Gives it a nice clean look and the straight hinges are a dime a dozen compared to offset hinges.

Wish I had a picture! The cart is at camp and I will not be there until the weekend.

I'm struggling to find some PVC stock that is wide enough. most that i see in HD or LOW is trim or fascia so largest is 8in, sometimes 12in online...but also in 8ft sections so it's like $40-$50 which i guess is still better than $130 for a whole dash.

I didn't think to look at the plexiglass section today...I assume that can be painted too?

Yeah I saw that in your first post but when I click the link it says it's not available in store or online.
