Are there any "quick and easy" speed upgrades?

Seen some adjustable controllers that can adjust speed etc, would a upgraded controller alone increase my speed and/or acceleration?

Yes. I suggest the Alltrax XCT400IQ. It will give you much better performance than the original controller. 4 Gauge cables are a must, but an LSV should already have those, along with a heavy duty solenoid. This should be an easy install.
