If you had asked my opinion I would have suggested a speed control upgrade for the stock motor . I think you would have been a lot happier with 30% more torque and 22 mph. I know it costs more than what you did but, lets face it the bandit is still a stock motor.

The motor isn't the problem. It's the accelerator travel.

There is a fork like place in the pedal linkage under the floor. You can put a rubber hose on it to help. Or you could change out the worn parts.

I read about that... But the fork from the mcor is literally brand new and I don't really feel any play there. Maybe it still exists and it just that little?

Uhm, okay but, Good luck making a 225 amp controller a high amp unit with accelerator adjustments.
