Default Zone electric motor

I am looking for either parts to fix a motor in a zone 6 seater, a used zone motor or if anyone has installed another brand motor into one of these zones. the model on my motor is XQ-3.8 48v. can not identify the maker of the motor.

What I do know is a ezgo txt either pds or dcs motor will bolt up since it is a 19-spline and has the same diameter mounting flange. My issue is making sure the motor I put on can carry the load. The ezgo motors are 8.5in long where as the zone motor is 11in measured at the same points. Plus the zone version I'm guessing is 3.8kw. I currently have an alltrax dcx400 controller in it.

Have you checked with one of the site sponsors Plum quick motors? Not sure if they do anything with Zone motors but I think they can build one to work on it.
