I was looking at them, but I think the upfront cost are going to be high. I found prices at Carolina Energy Distributors. A 12V 75AH battery is $997. I would need 4 and a $250 charger. They also have a 48V 100AH battery that looks like a nice drop in for a cart and only $4,800. Cut that cost in half and I would hesitate.
I'm don't know for sure, but it doesn't look like a BMS is required. Anybody have any real experience with them? Bobby |
