Default Help with bad boy cart

Customer brought in after a rat chewed wires. He put them back together but the cart is dead.
48 volt cart. Batteries a little week but got them up to 50 volts. The Battery gauge comes on with the key but no contacted/solenoids click even with the pedal pushed.

There are 2 different contractors on the cart one is a double that I assume is fed/rev and a second that is a single. Again assuming this is the on contractor. I have already checked the main power fuse and jumped out the pedal switch but I get nothing. The cart has a Navitas controller that I have not messed with yet. Any direction or wiring schematic would be great.
