Default EZGO express dash wires question

I just picked up this 2016 EZGO express S4.

i opened up the dash under the cup holders and found all these wires. Does anyone know what they are for? I am installing a bluetooth amp, usb ports, etc this weekend, and want to see if i can reuse these for any of that.

so i did some investigating, i couldn't get anything out of the red/black with the plug on it, but my leads didnt fit very well.

I did, however, find that the black and red wires with the spades on them to the right with the larger plug are hot all the time.

I will be connecting my bluetooth amp to these, and switching it using the one on the key switch that is hot when the headlights are on.

unfortunately the bluetooth amp was DOA, so i cant finish it up just yet.
