Okay, I removed the stripped lugs and removed the wheel. How do I get a new studs in? There is no room attached to the cart. I need to remove the plate that is connected to the axle. The question I'm trying to ask is how do I remove the plate {the plate that the wheel is attached to} that is connected

The plate is attached to the axle shaft. You remove a C Clip inside the axle tube to remove the axle. You access the C clip with a 90 degree pr of O ring pliers while looking thru the hole in the plate on the end of the axle .... while alternately cursing the pliers, the clip, the flashlight in your mouth, and Club Car Engineers.

You can drive the stripped stud out with a hammer and punch. Place the new stud in the hub and pull it through as far as you can. Put some large washers over the stud allowing enough room for the stud to be pulled through the hub. Put a lug nut on backwards so you can tighten it against the washers. Tighten the lug nut until it pulls the stud all the way into the hub. If it is still loose you may have to have it welded in place. If you have an air gun you should be able to do it in just a few minutes.
