Has anybody had any problems installing the axe controller on clubcar? Factory curtis working fine and replace with alltrax, but cart don't move. Done sent controller back they said nothing was wrong with it, so i have checked all the wiring diagrams and still i must be missing something. Can anybody help with this?

It is a 02 clubcar ds series and not sure how to attach pics. I have yellow/green to B+, blue to M-, and black/red/white/purple to B-, pin 1 has red wire, pin 2 throttle green, pin 3 throttle yellow, pretty much wired just like my curtis. Also was asked if there was 50+ volts on pin 1 and there is when foot pedal is press.

Are you certain the throttle input on the Alltrax is set to 0-5k ? Can you check it?

if you do not have a computer available to easily check this, with the rear on jack stands, turn on the key with go pedal at full throttle. if reducing the throttle increases speed, you know its set backwards with high pedal disable ticked on.

now i see you have AXE

maybe lamp will not flash ?
you can have a problem with your wire from foot switch
and controller will not have a signal before it powered up
try with a wire directly from your key output to controller pin1
if so you can have foot switch to start main contactor only

Did you order the Alltrax ( Model AXE or NPX which is used on SERIES MOTORS ) set up for 5K-0 ohms MCOR pedal speed control which is stock on later model CC's?
I find often that many people order the wrong unit either for Shunt Motor and most common pedal input of 0-5K ohms.

yes

The LED Blink Codes occur at power up controller
the number of green blinks indicates
the throttle configuration:

1 Green LED flash = 0-5 kohm resistive

2 Green LED flashes = 5K-0 ohm resisitive

3 Green LED flashes = 0-5 Volt

4 Green LED flashes = EZ-GO inductive (ITS)

5 Green LED flashes = Yamaha 0-1K ohm resistive

6 Green LED flashes = Taylor-Dunn 6-10.5 Volt

7 Green LED flashes = ClubCar 5k-0 ohms, 3-wire throttle
