battery question
i just got a 97 ezgo ,36v ..i got 3 bad batteries in it and the other 3 was bought last year sometime.
could i but 3 12v for the 36v or do i need to stick with the 6v batteries this is the first cart for me. i plan on doing some up grades. it has a 3 in lift and big tires already |

You would have short runtimes while stressing the 12V batteries which would result in short battery life cycle as well.
You could use them for testing or a short hop around the block but really the robustness and capacity of the 6V is what the cart was designed for. Also your charger would probably cook the crap out of them as they are also designed for the 220-ish Ah batteries and not what ever the 12V ones are.(I'm sure about half of that) Especially on big tires!
