83 1/2CC no reverse
I have a 1983 1/2 CC 36V putting back together I have no reverse (new F&R & micros switches) got cart in pieces.
this is the diagram I used with jumper  This is the diagram i used to connect the batteries and switches  diagram show that another cable goes to battery 4 ( for half speed rev)???? the above switch diagram doesn't, is this why i don't have reverse if so do I have to eliminate jumper? and which contact post does it connect too photo of my F&R switch  pictures are big help if any body has 5 solenoid cart hoping to get cart done so my kid can use for this hunting season |

2 peddles (if you mean gas & brake) I will wire per your diagram, I hadn't tried moving A2 to other end of solenoid and connecting F&R to drivers side solenoid pack

I have not seen an F&R wired like that large diagram you posted?

Copied it from vintagegolfcart site
OK I hooked it up per your diagram.....NOW no forward but I have full speed reverse I removed jumper added a cable and hooked it up to battery 4 (driver side middle) I now have half speed forward do I have the speed switch box wire in the right place on F&R motor hook as follows A1 to pass side inside F&R switch S1 to top (pass side) bar of F&R switch A2 to (pass side last) solenoid S2 to Neg battery 6 (drivers side front) Maybe I should start fresh what wiring diagrams would you recommend? |

Had that one but I didn't use it cause the switch didn't match that's why I used the one above.

Got rid of the diagrams that i started with and started over
Cart now works 13-14 mph GPS forward never could get reverse to work with a jumper in place Thanks for your help  Finished cart photos   |
