Default Gonna Build a New Car, Need Idea's

The wife told me the other day I needed to put some fancy rims on my cart and I told her I had been thinking of building a new one, she said cool

Anyway I want ideas.

What cart would you start with and yes it is gonna be lifted and yes I'm on a budget. Give me idea's on lift kits, seats, trim colors, ect.

I know I'm gonna paint it Dodge Inferno Red, this is the color of my truck and I love it being a OU fan.

The cars in this link are the color I want to use.

Inferno red is the most expensive paint Chrysler offers so watch out for that when paint time comes. That will set you back at least 600 dollars. What are you going to use the cart for?

$600 in paint is a lot of $ for a cart...... I would rather spend $600 on tires and wheels, or aftermarket motor, or flip seat & long top. ::

got a buddy who is in the paint mixing distribution business and another couple who are in the body repair/painting business. My cost won't be anywhere near the $600 price.

Seems like EZ-GO is the least expensive when it comes to aftermarket parts. Early TXT with a 6" spindle lift, 23" tires, some nice wheels (combo packages saves a few bucks). If you have a welder or any metal shop friends, now is the time to start feeding them beers. I've seen some rattle can paint jobs that are great, but most suffer from lack of preparation. A good paint job starts with lots of TLC. Most of the coolest custom features are those that the owner made themselves how about a Ram hood ornament or some Power Wagon chrome letters, or R/T style stripes? So, for a budget, i'd say EZ-GO-for-it!

Building a second cart from the ground up. I'd like to keep the budget in the $7500-$8000 range.
