Default loose front end & uneven tire wear

I've tried to diagnose as much as possible, and even tried out every golf cart repair shop in my area, and honestly have to admit I get more from this forum than when I dish out several hundred $$ to a repair shop. Current issue is a very irritable rattle from the front end. I've had just about everything replaced, except what's included in the photo. It seems the noise is coming from where the spindle attaches to the jake lift arm. Is this called the King Pin Tube bushings? If so, are they easily replaceable? ? Also, the new tires which are about 3 months old, the front right tire has already completely wore out. The left tire is still in good shape, but the right is wearing extremely quick. Could the bad bushings be the problem or would it be a toe in/out issue?

Jack the cart up and grab the tire and see if you can move it up and down and watch the king pin while you yank it around, if it is the king pin yes it can be repaired, are you sure thats a Jakes lift?
