2001 Club Car Battery
i have a 2001 club car (48v). voltage on each battery is 8.6-8.8. SG readings are virtually all over 1.3, 3 at 1.275(different batteries) and 1 at 1.280. voltage accross all 6 batteries is 54v. but my charger goes down to 5 amps and just sits there. 12 hours yesterday.

Re: 2001 Club Car Battery
let it finish it may take up to 16 hours it will sit at 5 amps or lower, most of the time when this happens its because your not letting the charger finish...........charger will shut off at 16 hours and you can start charging it again if it times out and on the 2nd charge it should finish......................
