Default Ruff & Tuff Question?

I just recently picked up a 2007 Ruff & Tuff at a great deal! Cart Runs but needs batteries soon, every thing seems to work on the cart but the Lights,Blinkers and Horn? Any Ideas on what this could be? I checked the only 2 fuses I could find does anyone know if there is a fuse block on this Cart? Thanks in advance for your help!

I've been working on the same problem today
the key switch has two settings, the first click turns on the cart
the 2nd click runs the cart and the other stuff (lights, signals, spedo)
I'm finding that I have to turn and twist the key just right to turn on the accs.
I'm thinking of changing the switch.
the only fuse I see on mine is the one near the 48 to 12 volt converter.

Tried the key switch trick today with no luck! Ive got power at fuses but not at switch I'm going to track the wires from front to back and see if I can find the problem.

The key switch has 4 wires,, two are 48 volt pos
the switch makes conection with one of these 48 + and turns on the controler
the other is to send 48 volt + to the 48v to 12v converter,
mine has a inline fuse at the converter
My problem is the key switch is not always conecting the converters 48V +.
the pins are sticky
