are tomberlin's ok?
I found a 2009 Tomberlin for what seems to be reasonable. Can anyone tell me if they are a reliable vehicle? I would be leaving it in Mexico so parts could be a problem. What should I expect to have to replace?
Thanks |

Re: are tomberlin's ok?
I've driven one, and they seem to be a decent quality machine. They were designed as a low speed neighborhood vehicle rather than a true golf cart, so they are a little faster stock and a little more well optioned than most of the more common name carts. The only thing I can really tell you about the reliability of them is that the one I've driven is owned by a guy who has way more money than sense and who abuses everything he owns. It has held up to him for four years without incident while being driven on rough dirt roads and through deep sand in the woods of Florida.
