G16 Differential Fill?
I've searched, and only found one thread for re-filling the G-16 differential. But, no one answered the poor guy. Can someone please tell me how to re-fill the diff once the cover is removed and replaced?
Or, even better, does anyone have a PDF of the G16 service manual? Thanks!! |

Re: G16 Differential Fill?
Couldn't find a PDF of the owner manual for you, but you just remove the plug from the differential cover, then introduce oil into the differential through that hole until the oil level is at the bottom of the hole. I usually overfill just a little bit and then let the excess drain until oil stops draining. Replace the plug and you're done. Make sure the cart is sitting on a level surface when you fill. Hope this helps - RAY

Re: G16 Differential Fill?
Vinyl tubing attached to the bottle spout makes filling easier.
