Im looking for input on Programers ,, Things you can do with them and what you cant , Its a lot of money and I just want to make sure its a worthy tool to purchase ... Also There are 4 of them out there what are the pros and cons of each thanks In advance ,,Looking at the 1313k-4401 OEM level

The 4401 "oem level" is the only one worth considering, the lower ones offer less and less options. I am not sure all options available on a clubcar (it varies on what the cart manufacturer wanted to leave adjustable). But typical options include adjusting regen strength, adjusting speed settings (up to the highest unlocked speed level), adjusting acceleration rate, monitoring all sensors and error reporting, adjusting max amp output, adjusting minimum and maximum allowable voltages, ect..
