97 txt electric rear bearing replacement
Replacing rear axle bearing. When replacing the axle do I need to use any lubricant? If so, What is the best and where should I apply it? Thanks

Re: 97 txt electric rear bearing replacement
I just packed the bearing with axil bearing grease (assuming you aren't using sealed bearings) and smeared a little on the splined ends.

Re: 97 txt electric rear bearing replacement
Thanks, but it was a sealed bearing. I have returned the axle and it is working fine. Thanks again.
