The controller should blink Green 4 times (ITS throttle selected), then go to steady Green.

Push the pedal to floor. Does LED on controller turn to Yellow (Amber)?
If so it means the controller is seeing a 100% throttle signal.

The fix is finding out why the controller is not seeing a 100% throttle signal from the ITS and fixing it.

JohnnieB, the controller blinked 4 greens when the pedal was to the floor it went amber, so if im reading right the controller is seeing 100% throttle signal. So i'm asking if it's a controller problem or its problem. thanks for your time

Amber means the ITS is OK.

Measure the voltage between the B- and M- terminals on top of controller.

Should be FULL pack voltage when pedal is pushed just far enough for solenoid to click.

If you don't get any voltage, there is an open in the high current cables, connections or contacts.

If you get significantly less than full pack voltage, there is high resistance in the high current cables, connections or contacts.

------
If you do get pack voltage, press pedal to floor and the voltage should decrease to zero, or near zero.

If it doesn't, the controller is bad.

If it does decrease to zero, the motor should be turning, or something should be getting hot smoking.
