New motor ????
I have a 1999 Ezgo TXT,Upgraded to 48v,400A controller,HD f/r switch and 4 gauge wires, 22 in tires,NO rear seat. This cart is used only for hunting only and no big hills. Would a Bandit Motor be good enough or do I need to go with a High Torque Motor?

Re: New motor ????
contact Plumquick and get their feedback. My Bandit was perfect for my needs, but I have 205/50-10 tires and don't hunt. You'll see some hunter comments and other expert thoughts/opinions soon.

Re: New motor ????
Scotty or Johnnie, Would a 400A controller run a D&D motor # 170-010-0002? Would there be less performance or damage to the motor?

Re: New motor ????
Yes based upon FLAT ground operation, 400a will run it and yes it will produce less torque than it would on say 500a or 48v.
