I must be dumb but I can not get this controller hooked up in this cart. I have tried rerouting the main harness,No Luck. I tried to rotate the controller 180 and then other wires are to short. Any advise would be very helpful. NOT EVEN MY CART

Have you cut the zip ties between the batteries? Mine worked out fine. Its the only one I have done maybe someone else can shed some light on other tricks.

I had to have the aluminum mounting plate sitting in the position as if you were going to close it in order to get the wire slack needed. If you look at my picture it is in position just leaning back.

The other thing I noticed is you probably won't get the rear cover to fit the solenoid sticks out to far, check to make sure that the solenoid wont hit anything.

when sliding the controller cover in place the guide on the right bottom gets bound up on the wiring harness that is also routed through that spot?

I didn't have any binding on the wire harness, I moved the wire harness to where the instructions showed.
