Default Loosing power then starts again

Ok I have an issue that I need some help with and I figured this was a good a place to ask as any. While driving my 2007 Club Car DS 48v all the sudden it just looses power and you have to release the gas pedal and push down again to start moving again. I have recently replaced batteries, MOCR and Solenoid. Still stopping. Here some stats:

Sounds like MCOR to me.
Where did you get your new MCOR?

You have an IQ cart, not "Regen 2" like in your notes.

It sounds more like an issue called "Main Dropout", which happens when the Controller falsely detects the main Solenoid releasing while still motoring.

If you look at the diagram below, there is a diode in line with the Gray wire on Controller pin #9 that normally blocks the signal that causes the false error.

If that diode fails in a closed or shorted mode, the Controller will generate the error when Regen kicks ON while trying to regulate the speed.

You can test the diode in the harness by disconnecting the pack negative cable and testing the diode between pack positive and Controller pin #9 (the Tow/Run switch needs to be ON for the test).

If the diode is bad, the solution is to usually install the "main dropout harness" that is available for the older versions of the cart.

Thanks Sergio I hoped you were watching. I will try the Main dropout Harness next. Then I guess by a Controller. Thought I was saving money by buying a used cart. But not sure on that yet especially after buying all new Trojans.

Good news. I replaced or really added the Main Dropout Harness and the Speed Sensor and back to 100% running great and actually faster and stronger then ever. Thanks everyone for your replies. Ever part after this was going to be expensive.

Don't know which part was the culprit but I'm going again.
