Well something is lose and checking the tie rods will reveal it quickly. Also remember there are two tie rod ends on each side...

I agree something is loose.... 2 tie rod ends on each side? HUM.

Yes, there is an inside tie rod end on the rack, it's under the black boots.

not really .... it's 2 tie rod ends and 2 ball joints



the ball joint assembly's are not adjustable
the tie rods can be adjusted but not 2"
