It's all on how much money you want to spend, $200-$300 Plum Quick Bandit motor, $300-$400 Alltrax 300 controller, $800- on up high performance motor, 500 Alltrax controller, 2GA wires, 400 AMP solenoid and so on!

Decide what you want first. What top speed? How important is torque? Riding on hills or flat ground? Off road? Some of those types of questions will lead you to the type of upgrades you need unless you just want to drop a ton of $.

Altrax XCT48500, High speed motor, 2 ga cables, HD solenoid, SW202 switch and good batteries.

Or, high speed gears.
