What's the best type of lift for flat pavement and maybe some grass mud terrain. Live in Florida. No hills

I'll be looking for an A arm lift it looks like. How hard is it to do? The videos make it look so easy.

2 hour job with pneumatic tools. Never-seize all the bolts and by you a set of urethane bushings if it happens to have the cheap rubber ones. Won't last a year and they melt away....
