So true. I am on my second tracking number trying to get a warranty piece from them as we speak. It's been at least a week and it still has not left their warehouse. Their customer service definitely sucks...

I have dealt with both Revolution and Carts Unlimited and have nothing but praise for both......

Ok you have all convinced me. Sending the Navitas back and ordering the alltrax from Dave who I spoke with today. Next question, which wire do I go? I currently have four gauge wire on my batteries. Some guy say forget to be OK for the controller to the motor solenoid and some guy say to gauge. I also read that if I go to gauge I'd be OK with just getting some welding cable and running it that way.

For the Alltrax xct400 4 gauge is recommended, so I imagine 2 gauge is recommended for the 600.

You might get away with 4AWG and never have a problem but 500A controllers recommend 2AWG cable EVERYWHERE. Welding cable is the only thing you should use, not automotive battery cable. You are looking for small diameter individual strands. Don't be worried about the lower rating printed on most welding cable. It does not apply to golf carts.

Ok cool. I was going to just order some 2 gauge welding cable off amazon or eBay and connectors to make my own wires.

Opinions will differ, but mine is if you are going to invest into a replacement set of cables, just go ahead and use 2 awg and then you are covered if you go more down the road... I have never seen too big (without going crazy) but I have seen too small....

Thank you Dave, likewise. I'm going to call you tomorrow and order the 500 amp Alltrax.
