Not sure what all that means.
You have an IQ motor on an Excel Cart. Regen braking is removed by this motor by the use of a high speed magnet underneath the speed sensor on the motor. However, the Excel system such as yours does not monitor speed the same way the IQ system does. It's not compatible with the use of a high speed magnet. The motor is compatible otherwise. Meaning it will run fine on the controller, but the speed communication from the motor and controller is skewed. A high speed magnet such as the one found in this motor will actually slow down an Excel car. How fast does it run? I bet it's slow. Every Excel car I've ever heard of that people attempted to use a high speed magnet in were running around 14 mph. If you'd install a factory 8 pole magnet like the one found in the OEM ADC motors you'd probably pick up some speed. If you've got stock sized tires you'll see around 19.6mph. As far as removing the speed and regen on an Excel car, you need to call Plum Quick. They have a bandit motor that works on the Excel car. It utilizes a different method of speed monitoring than the high speed magnet.

Well then your cart has already been converted to IQ or you have an aftermarket controller that will allow those kinds of speeds.
