OMG, what is there NOT to fix on my new Marathon
Got a freebie '93 Marathon, and it is in need of serious work. I just jacked it up and removed the wheels. The brake cables are just dangling. Other unknown wiring is all mangled and dangling. The battery cables are almost unrecognizable due to the corrosion, and a couple are broken.
I will be stripping all the unneccesary crap off and cleaning it up. I know it runs, at least the last time I tried it, it would(although it wouldnt stop and now I know why!). I hope the batts arent trashed. I really should post a pic of the progression. Wish me luck, Rod |
