Question Tire Air Pressure

My swamp fox tires, 22", say max pressure is 7 psi. Checked them for the first time over the weekend and they are all at 11-12. Am I missing something?

You're missing a more comfortable ride. Drop the pressure, the ride will improve and so will your traction. I have those same tires and they ride like bricks unless I have 5-7 psi in them.

they were air up that much to help seat bead and to keep from flat spotting while cart sits.

lower them to 5 or so and you will be good to go.

Sweet - once the 48v conversion is finshed up tonight, I'll let the air out some before taking for a spin.

MPH........Swamp Fox is for traction not MPH. Besides, you can't go that fast in Gonzales anyway!
