My 48v conversion
First I want to thank Scottyb for all the help . He sent very specific instructions, including diagrams. These are Scottyb instructions/diagrams, not from the manufacturer. Every question I had, he had the answer. And I asked alot of questions. I followed his instructions step by step, and everything worked as planned. Not one issue.
I added a new controller, HD solenoid, switch cam, on-board charger, 2 batteries(actually all the batteries are new) and the cables to go with them. The Charger has not been mounted yet. But is working in it's temporary location. A quick test showed 25mph, and if there was a little weight in the back the front wheels would come off the ground. Very Happy The Buggie: The old: The New: Old Charger Port Front: Old Charger Port Back: New Charger Port Front: New Charger Port Back: The motor: |

Re: My 48v conversion
Energizer GC-2 batteries. The specs are the same as the T-105's. Plus they were the closest I could find to me ($73 per). Hope they hold up.
