Default just bought another project cart where to start

i just purchased a 150$ 1999 ezgo txt dcs 36 volt that needs TLC bigtime.
It was in the weather so the controller looks badly corroded etc. and the motor is missing.
Can this be converted to a series cart? The reason i ask is because i have the stock series motor, controller, wires, solenoid from my 2000 txt series.
Does this dcs have the same its in the pedal and will the motor bolt up.
I could just buy a used fnr switch and remove the dcs one i guess.
I can rewire everything, My main concern is if the motor will bolt up to this rear end on the dcs cart
what should i do?

The biggest issue you are going to have is the wire harness and the F&R switch. Personally when I do conversions from DCS to Series (which I always do with DCS carts because they are so much of a pain in the @#$ ) I always convert them to use a rocker switch and a pair of 6 pole solenoids for the F&R and I make up my own wire harness.
Other than that, everything else will jive together without issue.
