New Golf Cart - Best Upgrade?
So I just bought a 1999 EZGO golf cart!
Here are the specs: -Stock electrical system ( motor, wiring, etc ) -22 inch tires -lifted -36Volt What would be the best upgrade for my money. The BATTERIES are completely dead in this thing, so I need to buy new ones. My goal is to have my cart batteries last longer, and have more top end speed. Option A) Convert to 48V system -8V Batteries will cost me $1,000 -Selenoid $90.00 -Controller $375.00 Total Cost = $1,465 + CA tax Option B) What other options do I have? This is my first golf cart ever. Hope to see some replies. Thanks |

First off, find a new battery supplier. There's a local guy here that sells a 6 pack of 8V US Battery for 600 bucks! (with old battery trade in) Scottyb will point you in the right direction on the rest of it! |
