Key switch
Would it hurt anything to leave the key switch on and the direction selector in neutral on my 2008 pds cart? The switch is bad and I thought I would use the space where the switch is for a battery meter. If I need to I can replace the key switch with a flip switch located somewhere out of sight.

leaving it on all the time would not allow you to use diagnostic mode. also, you run the risk of someone getting on it and just driving off with your cart.
