Default 36v powerwise charger question

I have used my cart for 3 or 4 days and when I plug it in the charger just clicks but doesn't go into charge mode. The batteries test at 36.1v and are a few years old Trojan105's. Ever since I cut the connections for the charger port in order to install a wrap, the charger has not kicked in.

Is the voltage not low enough for charging or is there a problem between the charger or the wiring I respliced? I installed disconnect blades for the charger wires I had to cut. Any chance that is a factor?

Did you reconnect all 3 wires?
What voltage reading do you have at the charger port?

37.4v? Yes everything is connected or the cart would have no power at all, it's actually running great.

37.4v indicates you have about an 80% charge and the charger should come on and charge.
Is the single click noise from the charger after you plug it in to the cart?
Has it ever charged since you wrapped it?
How much time have you driven it since wrapping?
Are you sure you have 110v power to the charger?

Another loose connection, recrimped and working fine now.
