Are you getting the solenoid to activate?

I would go to the stickies and go through the troubleshooting guide, not sure at the moment, I am guessing that you load tested them while the rest of the cart was disconnected?

Cool Re: 96 will not run

no, like an idiot they were all connected, I have gone through the dcs troubleshooting, think I have it narrowed down to the throttle sensor, I have 14.0 volts on the black wire, nothing on the white wire, thanks for any help you can give!

Is there a toggle switch? I am confused now with comment below.

I believe we need to identify you cart clearly first, if you have and fnr by your legs with no toggle switch on controller box then you have a series cart, if there is one and the back of the fnr handle looks like a hockey puck then you have a DCS model.......

You may be going through the wrong troubleshooting section.

Identify your drive system.

Also please clarify the load test method and results.
Age of batteries, make, & model or size?
I see your battery pack is empty and you are having trouble going?
Can you recharge for future testing?

Then we can help.

Question Re: 96 will not run

I have a series cart, no toggle switch on controler, and f/r switch by legs, I checked the black wire at the controler with gas pedal applied just enough to activate selonoid, had 14.0 volts , then moved to white wire, had nothing, applied more accelerator pedal , still nothing, took floor mat up and pulled cover for micro switch and checked the white wire right at the sensor ( not the switch) while moving gas pedal rod through sensor, had 14.0 volts on black and nothing on white. I used the sticky for series/dcs
