Default Club Car Carryall 1 F&R Problem

Hey guys, new to the site but I always get on here when I have a problem and can normally find the answer. I work at a Golf Car Repair Shop in Colorado and we recently got a Club Car Carryall 1 in the had a bad controller. We replaced the controller, the solenoid, and the 3 main switches on the F&R handle.
The issue is the cart will run in Reverse but not Forward. If I place the cart in "Forward" and push the very front Micro Switch in, the cart will run fine. If I make the switch closed (Put the white wire to black and black to white) it will run in "Forward" but not "Reverse"
Any ideas? All help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Cameron

What year Carryall 1? Sounds like you may have mixed up the wiring on the micros? Check the wiring diagrams (sticky) for your cart and verify all is in order.

Dig down into the wire loom below the micro switches. The rear-most micro switch should have wires oriented Green Black White.... down below you'll find where the black and white Y-into a resistor. This is the half speed resistor for reverse. When the car is in reverse (Black), this utilizes the resistor, when in forward (white) it doesn't. You have two options. Replace the resistor, or bypass the resistor. This can be done by connecting the Green wire to the White wire and just not using that micro switch at all. Let the black wire hang loose.

Okay I connected the white and green wire from the loom together, but now the cart won't move in either direction. My ALLTRAX controller blinks the 7 green on start up, but then it blinks 3 Red after.. Which apparently means throttle hasn't one to zero during power on cycle. Any other ideas??
And my cart is an 03.
Thanks,
Cameron

I have checked wiring diagrams over and over again.. All wires are correct from the switches to the controller to the solenoid.. ect. I am completely lost.

Well after getting frustrated, I decided to try one last thing. I hooked the green and black wire together and amazingly it worked for some reason. !!! Glad I at least got it to move.
Now I have another question... By bypassing the switch, will that cause the 1/2 speed resistor to only give half of the forward speed? Seems slow, but not sure how it should run because it was not running when I got it. THANK YOU Tahoe for the help. Never even would have tried that.
Thanks again!!
Cameron
