Default Club car shaking

Hello. I am fixing a 2001 club car for my friend. The golf cart was in the basement for quite a bit of time (6 years) without water in terminals. I restored batteries with epson salt and cleaned terminals. I went to charge it but the charger would not turn on- instead i bypassed relay and charger turned on. I let it charge for about 4 hours and when i got to try to start to move the golf cart- the golf cart shakes and doesnt move. There is an orange light on the meter if this helps. It does not stay on constantly- instead shuts off and turns on when the key isn`t in it. I really dont think the batteries are bad since they are reading each 9.2v. Any help would be great. Thanks!

6 years with no water?......9.2 volts?.......that's a better number than a new one......unless it a 12volt battery....

i have seen the shaking due to low voltage .. you need to fully charge batteries ... 50.93v after 12hrs rest

Shaking= definite low voltage problem
There is no way they are reading 9.2v each, unless like Budule said they are 12v in which case they would be DEAD

That is possible, but since they are so old they are probably just dropping right out under load, hence the shuddering...
